Returns Policy

Si no estás satisfecho con los productos recibidos, por deterioro, confusión en la entrega u otra razón, estos pueden ser devueltos en su paquete original y con la documentación adjunta. Te haremos la devolución en cuanto recibamos los productos, o te lo cambiaremos por otro si lo prefieres.

Nota:
Solamente serán aceptados los productos devueltos en los siguientes 20 días a la compra y no abiertos en caso de confusión en las referencias de la entrega.

Los productos son tu responsabilidad hasta que llegan a nosotros, así que te recomendamos que utilices un método de envío seguro.

En caso de productos dañados nosotros correremos con los gastos una vez hayamos recibido los productos y evaluado su estado siempre que se nos comunique al ser recibido.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
