Maurizio Bianchi – Regel LP
1982/2012. Limited red vinyl edition. Only 199 made!
**Incredible reissue of extreme noise brutality, analog electronics and destroyed ambient from Maurizio Bianchi, recorded in 1982 and now newly Remastered and pressed onto 140g red vinyl housed in faithful replica of the original black silkscreened jacket printed on red card stock, limited to 199 copies with colour insert printed on luxury 160gr ivory paper** This entrancing 1982 side by the infamous Maurizio Bianchi is marked up as one of his "most representative works" by Italian label, Urashima, and with their roster including the likes of Chloroform Rapist, Black Leather Jesus and An Innocent Young Throat-Cutter, we're not going to argue with them. The first side retches spooling loops and splashing, molten noise in a pyroclastic flow of unnatural synth tones and squally theremin strikes oozing tarry black basses and shuddering electronics. The other side makes for a shocking contrast; almost melodic synth and theremin tones overlap in strangely enchanting form, ringing out shrill, wavering highs and droning bass shivered with random noise. So damn heavy...
